Local Student Attendance Support Program

Applications for the IEEE-CPERE 2025 Student Attendance Grant will open on August 15, 2025. Thanks to the generous support of TC5, IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS), a limited number of grants (up to EGP 5000 each) are available to help local student members attend the conference.

Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify, applicants must:

1. Being a current student (Preferable will go to IEEE PELS student member);

2. Be a presenting author (oral or poster)
3. Be registered for the conference
4. Be willing to complete volunteer duties during the event

Award Details:
Recipients will be selected by IEEE-CEPRE committee based on qualifications and financial need. Funds will be distributed after the conference to students who fulfill all requirements and submit the required documentation on time.

What the Travel Grant Covers:

-          Local transportation (related to the event)

-          Hotel accommodation

-          Conference registration
