Notes:
Domestic (Local) registration is applied only for authors/attendances with Egyptian affiliation.
Full conference registration includes the professional seminars.
professional seminar registration is for non-authors and does not permit for the attendance of the technical sessions
*This registration type allows for only one paper submission. Note that each paper requires single valid registration type. Also, each paper should be registered and presented to be included in IEEE Xplore
** IEEE membership or IEEE student Membership No is required for confirmation
*** Student registration is valid for undergraduate, Master or PhD students, Confirmation letter or ID is required
- Gala Dinner is not included in Student registration and if he like to attend, he/she need to buy it separately
**** Special Certificate for completing at least 10 hours Professional Seminars signed by the Seminar Experts (No is limited)
- Professional Seminar registration only does not include Conference attendance or Gala Dinner
***** West Bank of Luxor Visit cost does not include special ticket entrance to Special tombs.
- The way of payments will be announced soon before Oct. 30, 2022
Cancellation Policy: -
- 25% of the registration fees/additional order fees for any request received before the 1st of December 2022.
- 50% of the registration fees/additional order fees for any request received between the 1st of December 2022 and the 1st of Jan. 2023 included.
- 100% of the registration fees/additional order fees for any request received after the 1st of Jan. 2023
